This Privacy Policy explains what data Boystown (operated by Vybe Capital LLC) collects about you, how it’s used, and what rights you have. We try to keep this short and unambiguous.

Who’s responsible

The data controller is Vybe Capital LLC, TBD — update before public launch. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email neal@vybe-capital.com.

What we collect

Account data you give us when you sign up (email, name from your authentication provider). Content you create within the app (your data — see the data export below to retrieve it). Routine server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) kept for security and debugging.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use it to operate the service you signed up for.

Who processes your data

We use the following third-party services. Each one processes a specific slice of your data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.

• AWS — Application hosting, database, file storage (United States (us-east-1))
• Clerk — Authentication and user account management (United States)
• Anthropic — AI-generated portfolio narrative text (no PII transmitted) (United States)
• Addepar — Optional portfolio sync to client's own Addepar instance (user-initiated, credentials not stored) (United States)

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, none of which track you across other sites. See the Cookie Policy for the full list and what each one does.

How long we keep things

• User account: Until you request deletion
• Audit logs: 90 days
• Backups: 30 days

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), you have the right to:

• Access — download a copy of everything we hold about you (/api/account/export).
• Delete — remove your account and all associated data (via /account).
• Correct — fix anything that’s wrong (email neal@vybe-capital.com).
• Object — opt out of specific kinds of processing (email neal@vybe-capital.com).

We respond to requests within 30 days, free of charge. If you’re unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes that affect your rights, we notify active users by email before the change takes effect.
